  • The deadline for online application registration on the final day of the online application period [Monday, February 19th] is 18:00. The deadline for payment of the entrance examination fee is 23:59 on Monday, February 19th.

Issuance of online exam ticket

The admission ticket (PDF format) will be issued from our university's online application site. The admission ticket will not be mailed, so please print it out in portrait orientation on a blank A4 size sheet of paper and be sure to bring it to the exam venue on the day of the exam. Color or black and white is acceptable. The download period for the admission ticket is as shown in the table below, so please print it out during the period using a home printer or a printing service at a convenience store, etc.

  • If your application documents are incomplete, we will not be able to issue your admission ticket until they are complete.

  • Increase your chances of being accepted by applying multiple times and applying with high scores in two subjects!
  • Science "Mathematics": You can take the exam with "Mathematics (I & II) and Mathematics (A & B "Sequences" and "Vectors")"!
  • Faculty of International Studies offers an "English-focused" program that doubles the focus on English!
  • Department of Information Systems Engineering, Department of Architectural and Environmental Design, Department of Environmental Science and Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Department of Civil Engineering offer "English, Japanese, and Elective" courses that allow you to take the exam with liberal arts subjects!

<Multiple applications>

  • The "Standard Method" of the basic application with "assessment by three subjects" allows you to apply to up to five choices within the range of concurrent applications!
  • Starting this year, we will be implementing a "selective subject emphasis system"!
  • Starting this year, for the "Designated Subject Emphasis Method" and "Elective Subject Emphasis Method", applicants can apply for up to five choices in the same order of preference as for the "Standard Method" (excluding some attendance methods)!
  • You can apply for the "Highest Score 2 Subject Assessment" in the same order of preference as the basic application "3 Subject Assessment"!

Online application Entrance examination fee

Basic entrance examination fee (per application) 30,000 yen
  • In the case of multiple applications, an additional 3,000 yen will be charged for each additional application.
    (For a total of two applications = 30,000 yen + 3,000 yen = 33,000 yen),
This year only, the entrance examination fee will be waived for multiple applications.

Exemption from entrance examination fees

  • If you apply for the General Mid-term Entrance Examination and the Common University Admissions Test (mid-term schedule) or Common University Admissions Test Plus (mid-term schedule) at the same time, the entrance examination fee for the Common University Admissions Test (mid-term schedule) and Common University Admissions Test Plus (mid-term schedule) will be waived. There is no limit to the number of applications.

Application eligibility

Anyone who meets any of the following criteria:

  1. Those who have graduated from high school or secondary school, or are scheduled to graduate in March 2024
  2. Those who have completed 12 years of regular school education or are scheduled to complete it by March 2024
  3. In accordance with Article 150 of the Enforcement Regulations of the School Education Act, individuals who are deemed to have academic ability equivalent to or greater than that of high school graduates, or who are expected to meet this criteria by March 31, 2024.
  • For international students, we conduct entrance examinations for international students. However, the term "international students" refers to those who are foreign nationals and have completed a 12-year curriculum equivalent to a Japanese high school abroad, or who are scheduled to complete such curriculum by March 2024 (however, this includes those who have attended a Japanese elementary school, junior high school, high school, or secondary school for a total of three years or less during the 12-year period).
