Announcement of grades

You cannot earn credits for courses other than those for which registration has been confirmed on the "Course Registration Confirmation Sheet." You can issue up to two transcripts per year using Papyrusmate (an automatic certificate issuing machine). <<Access the Portal System ③ Academic Affairs System (Courses/Syllabus) and check the transcript. >>
There will be no announcement of grades for the midterm exams and intensive courses for the first semester. Please refer to the academic calendar for the relevant year for the schedule of grade announcement (issuance).

Grading

You will earn credits for courses that you have properly registered for, if you take the required exam and receive a grade of "S", "A", "B" or "C".

Less than 90 points - 80 points or more A (Excellent)
Less than 80 points - 70 points or more B (Good)
Less than 70 points - 60 points or more C (OK)
Less than 60 points D (Not possible) failure
Not rated for a grade

Note 1) Regarding * (asterisk): If a student does not receive a grade based on the grading criteria for each subject set out in the "Web Syllabus", the student will be marked with an * (asterisk).

Note 2) Regarding T (accreditation), if approved by the faculty council, the course will be awarded credits up to a maximum of 60 units at our university.

  1. Credits earned at other universities or junior colleges before or after enrollment.
  2. Study at a junior college or a technical college, or other study as separately determined by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
  3. Credit-accrediting subjects such as internships. (Details vary by department.)
