Contents of the nursing experience

1. Purpose of the care experience

This program aims to broaden students' perspectives so that they can have a broad view of society and life, which is required for those who are responsible for compulsory education, and to provide them with an opportunity to grow as human beings, while also becoming aware of the way various people live and live their lives, whom they rarely come into contact with on a regular basis, and learning through experience the attitudes and perspectives that should be important when interacting with people and helping them.

2. Experience Content

This can include nursing care assistance at elderly welfare facilities, assistance with independent living (work) at facilities supporting the independent living of people with disabilities, and classroom assistance at special needs schools. The facilities where students gain experience in nursing care and other fields cooperate by providing space and time so that students can obtain their teaching qualifications.
Aspiring teachers should keep the following points in mind and be mindful of common sense when acting.

  • Do not arrive late, leave early, or be absent from work.
  • Pay attention to your appearance and behavior.
  • Take good care of your health.
  • Be sure to thoroughly report, contact, and consult with your university and the experience location.
  • Please be careful when handling personal information.
  • Be careful when interacting with residents of facilities, students at support schools, etc. (Those who have experienced this should be aware that they are not in a position to take responsibility).
