Graduate School of Human Environment

Aiming to develop new cross-disciplinary fields and border areas through "disciplinary fusion"
Osaka Sangyo University Graduate School Graduate School of Human Environment was established in April 2005, and a doctoral program was added in 2007. Since then, we have recognized the importance of mental and physical health and culturally rich natural and urban environmental systems in order to realize a society that is capable of sustainable development, and have continued to conduct research and education to achieve this goal. .
The concept of ``symbiosis'' between nature and humans, and between humans, is important in order to enable the happy survival of humanity into the future. In this graduate school, faculty members from a variety of specialized fields carry out research on issues that arise in the environment surrounding humans, and provide distinctive interdisciplinary research guidance that takes advantage of the strengths of a fusion of humanities and sciences.
We will develop professionals with advanced expertise and practical skills who can contribute to a sustainable society in response to the demands of modern society. Currently, government-sponsored international students and Japanese Osaka Sangyo University Graduate School are actively conducting research in the doctoral and master's programs.

The field of ``human environmental studies'' is becoming increasingly important. Developing environmental research experts and researchers

We live in an era in which each and every individual is required to take voluntary and proactive actions with the aim of transforming to a sustainable and recycling-oriented society. In times like these, our graduate school's mission is to develop human resources who have the ability to identify specific issues, build human relationships, and create plans and practical skills for preserving the global environment in order to create a new society. This is what we are aiming for.
