PC Lab Software Installation Application
Please apply if you would like to have software installed in a computer lab under the jurisdiction of Information Science Center.
Due to the need for software consultations, operational verification, and installation work, we have set an application deadline.
- For use during the first semester: Please apply by January 20th. We will address this during maintenance work in February-March, and you will be able to check it by the end of March.
- For use in the second semester: Please apply by the end of June. We will process your request during maintenance work in August-September, and you will be able to confirm it by mid-September.
*Please note that due to maintenance work and operational checks, we are unable to process applications submitted after the deadline.
*When applying via Google Form, you will be asked to log in to your university's Gmail account.
If you are unable to apply, Information Science Center will register on your behalf. Please submit the application form for proxy registration to Information Science Center.
