The 2023 President's Awards Ceremony was held at Osaka Sangyo University on Tuesday, March 19th.
This award is given to students (and their affiliated organizations) who are recognized as exemplary students and have achieved particularly outstanding results in academics, the arts, sports, student council activities, etc. This year, five students and two organizations were awarded the prize.
At the ceremony, President Ogawa gave a congratulatory speech and the recipients were presented with certificates and prizes.

	Haruka Nakao	Ski Racing Club	Silver medal in the dual moguls event at the 2021 FIS Freestyle & Snowboard Junior World Championships. Won the dual moguls freestyle event at the 43rd All Japan Ski Championships.
	Future Mori	Shorinji Kempo Club	1st place in the women's middleweight division at the 57th All Japan Shorinji Kempo Student Tournament.
	Ryukai Mukoda	Taekwondo Club	1st place in the men's 87kg category at the 17th All Japan Taekwondo Championships.
	Yushiro Kawano	Judo Club	Winner of the 2022 Kinki Junior Weight Class Championship.
Organization	Boys Basketball Club	Boys Basketball Club	Winner of the 2023 Kansai Student Basketball League Division 1.
	Next Generation Solar Cell Development Group Kenta Hirai Tomoyo Tanaka Daisuke Tsutsumi	Faculty of Engineering Department of Electronics,Information and Communication Engineering Photonics Information Science Laboratory	Received the 2023 Outstanding Paper Presentation Award (Fundamentals, Materials, and Common Division Award) from the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
