This is an announcement for those who have been awarded the Japan Student Services Organization scholarship and whose first payment was received by Friday, April 19th (April recipients).
*Please come to the scholarship counter to collect your scholarship between Monday, April 29thand Thursday, May 2nd.

Please follow the procedure schedule below in order. Please make sure to collect your item before Golden Week.

【Submission Deadline】

May 13th (Mon) 17:00 Submit at the counter
(If you are sending by mail, please send it by letter pack.)

[Procedure overview]

1. Receive application documents and explanations at the scholarship counter

② Watch the "Recruitment Information 2024" and "Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) Explanation Video"

　③Register your scholarship number on Scholarnet Personal (for all students) and check your portal notification settings

　　④ Prepare a repayment pledge and other documents while looking at the loan student guide (digest version) (no paperwork required for grant scholarships)
　　⑤ Submit the repayment pledge and other documents to the scholarship counter by the deadline (no documents to be submitted for grant scholarships)

*Please submit your documents well in advance.

*If any corrections are required to the information on the return pledge, please fill out the "Notification of corrections to information on the return pledge" form and submit it together with the return pledge. Please make double-sided copies.
